Life Source Hospice

Life Source Hospice is a licensed, certified Hospice provider that is locally owned and operated in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our mission is to provide care to the patients and families facing terminal illness. We serve patients within a 50-mile radius of our office within Louisiana. Our goal is to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs for the terminally ill by providing compassionate and individualized care using integrity, heart and knowledge. Our team will focus on empowering the patients and their families to achieve a peaceful and comfortable end of life experience. The staff at Life Source Services is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the needs of our patients. Hospice services are covered by Medicare Part A, Medicaid and most private insurance companies. Life Source Hospice views each situation as unique and will review each one individually. Serving patients in East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Assumption, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, St. James, Tangipahoa, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana Parishes. Life Source Hospice is registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State's office as Life Source Services of Baton Rouge, LLC.
