Lifecell Ventures Cooperatief U.A. is a 100% subsidiary of Turkcell and it is incorporated in the Netherlands. The company leads digital transformation strategy for international mobile operators and any enterprises by establishing cooperation and strategic partnership. In line with Turkcell Group's priority strategy to be a "digital operator" and expanding its Digital Services (OTT) and Technology solutions (ICT) both in international and domestic markets, Lifecell Ventures promotes technology to provide a digital experience to consumers worldwide and enables telecom operators to compete effectively by offering digital communications, entertainment, music, TV, transactional and e-commerce applications as well as cloud solutions on either a license or a white-label basis. Lifecell Ventures’ business is based on implementing the services, with the support mechanism in addition to brand and license fees in return for provision of digital services technologies and know-how.
