Life Changes and Wellness is a non-profit corporation that will operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.
The purpose of Life Changes and Wellness is to address, educate, coordinate, and provide assistance and relief to and for low income families in Oklahoma that are in need of the proper basic life skills to be able to function and thrive in society.
