LifeOS Genomics was founded in 2015 on the vision of enabling accessible testing for genetic diseases. To realize this vision, we built the QLoci™ system, a fully automated “sample-to-result” molecular screening platform that offers proprietary multiplex digital PCR (mdPCR™) technology.
The breakthrough of our mdPCR™ platform is the marriage of up to 100-plex assay capability in a digital PCR-on-chip format and 0.01% sensitivity, all delivered in a single microfluidic cartridge. This unique ability to provide high multiplicity assays and absolute quantitation with remarkable consistency is a game changer in fulfilling unmet medical needs, particularly in early detection and dynamic therapeutic solutions.
