The core of the application is a virtual assistant available 24/7 whom we have named Zoey; she interacts with clients both proactively and reactively throughout the entirety of their recovery process. Zoey converses with the client regarding their mood, daily habits, effects of medication, and more, creating a consistent and trusted connection to the client. At the same time, she collects valuable data for counselors, doctors, and caseworkers to enhance the productivity of their services. We have seen first-hand Zoey’s ability to provide a consistent connection to the provider and modify behavior, which leads to higher than the industry standard success rates.
