For its flagship product, PKN™, Lifestock is using the only commercially-grown tree nut that is native to the United States — the pecan. Pecans offer the advantages of tree nuts in terms of sustainability, but as a native plant, they grow with rain rather than irrigated water. They survive droughts and support the network of flora and fauna that make landscapes like those in Texas so resilient.
