Lifeweavers is a multidisciplinary allied health therapy team consisting occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, hand therapists, specialists in neuro rehab for conditions such as stroke, dementia and Parkinson's, prevention of functional decline and various chronic conditions. Our clinicians work together collaboratively to "go deep" with our clients on long term continuous therapy and specialise in delivering therapy at our clients' homes as the home is one of the most natural and effective therapy tools. Our approach is more holistic than what you find in hospitals and clinics with this deeper journey and focuses on higher quality outcomes.
