Lifework is a community of leaders from every sphere of influence throughout South Florida crossing vocational, denominational and racial lines to transform themselves and their companies, churches and the community. That transformation is rooted in the flourishing - both personally and as a community - in the way that God intended. Our mission is to create opportunities for leaders to explore and act on principles that are "good for business" as well as personal development. In Broward, we accomplish this through an annual subscription-based community called Lifework Journey. In West Palm Beach, we accomplish this through a 9-month program called Lifework Leadership. A recent Gallup poll reports 85% of workers in America are unhappy in their workplaces. In the Christian community, 72% of professionals compartmentalize their faith and their work (Barna). This means the majority of people, regardless of their faith, are not finding meaning and fulfillment in the place where they spend a majority of their waking lives - their workplaces. Lifework exists to equip professionals in South Florida to integrate their faith in Jesus with their businesses and everyday lives.
