LifExchange is an organization whose mission is to create a stronger global community through youth work exchange programs. LifExchange Campus has launched specifically to offer programs to American College Students. LifExchange Campus offers alternative spring break and volunteer vacation opportunities in Jamaica. We are also very excited about the Work and Holiday program in Australia providing a 6-12 month Work and Holiday program in Australia for individuals between 18-30 form multiple countries. LifExchange continues to offer retention Services for US Seasonal Business, Work and Travel Support Service for US employers and international students. Hire J1 Summer Work and Travel students to work your seasonal business in partnership with LifExchange and the International YMCA and assist International students to participate on the Work and Travel program
