We develop culturally responsive and social justice based movement curriculum that help our clients understand the needs and motivations of their teammates— resulting in greater team trust, enhanced self-awareness, and less stress.
Through our cultural-based programs participants gain enhanced self-awareness, empathy, and come to feel more at home in their own bodies. We focus on moving through life with purpose and intention to directly improve mental, physical, and emotional health.
