Lift-STL is not your average gym. As an alternative to big-box gyms and small sweat houses, Lift-STL is dedicated to providing an elite training environment for trainees of all levels. Imagine the treatment a Division 1 football player would get at the University of Alabama. We strive to bring that same product to local athletes and the general public. We offer a 24/7 public membership for those who are ready to train on their own. And 1-on-1 personal training for those who want to take their results to the next level, or simply need help getting started. We are not so concerned with where you are starting, but we are focused on where you want to go!
