Lift Vida

Located in the heart of Coral Gables, Lift Vida is a center for movement and health. It offers, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Pilates, Progressive Ballet Technique, Functional Fitness, TRX, Neuromuscular Therapy, Ayurveda, and a program for movement repatterning and pain reduction therapy. Our team believes in giving you the tools for developing full-body fitness and awareness with an emphasis on proper alignment and the use of optimal body mechanics. Giving each client the information necessary to understand their own movement patterns and work within their body capacities to their full potential. We offer individualized and group sessions as well as on-site and online training. Each client receives an individualized thorough evaluation and a program is carefully designed and monitored keeping the client’s goal a priority.
