Lifting Point's Modular Bridge
In this system, the reinforcing steel is strategically connected to a metal tray, which defines the shape of a bridge panel as a permanent formwork. This allows the lightweight steel panels to be made in a factory and transported to site stacked in the format of a shipping container. Then the panels are laid out side-by-side, appropriately connected, and concrete poured. This enables the bridge to be built on-site in a fraction of the time of conventional methods.
Pre-Form Concrete Slab
This system makes the in-situ construction of concrete panels quick and easy. The reinforcing mesh is connected to a permanent formwork using clip-on connectors, which rigidifies the assembly, ensures appropriate concrete cover, and greatly reduces the skill and experience required to properly assemble a reinforced concrete slab.
