About LiftPD
Founded in 2021 following a Parkinson's Foundation Community Grant, LiftPD is the combination of neurologic rehabilitation and functional fitness. Led by a team of various backgrounds in the healthcare and wellness industries, LiftPD offers free exercise classes to persons affected by parkinsonism.
