At LLEA, we empower individuals with the skills and mindset to excel in Ethiopia's entrepreneurship landscape. Established in 2023, we bridge the leadership and entrepreneurship skill gap through innovative programs focused on Entrepreneurial Leadership. Our mission is to contribute to economic growth, job creation, sustainable development, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talent in Ethiopia. Ethiopia's entrepreneurial ecosystem faces challenges in producing high-growth startups due to a critical gap in leadership and entrepreneurial mindset. LLEA addresses this gap through pre-incubation programs through an intensive 10-week program combines online and in-person sessions, focusing on leadership skills development and team-based activities. Participants emerge not just with innovative startup ideas but also as individuals transformed by a leadership mindset. They showcase their developed startup ideas in a pitch competition, demonstrating their acquired leadership skills and entrepreneurial knowledge.
