Light Coordination and Therapy Services

Light Coordination and Therapy Services (LCTS) provides a home and community-based service to children, young people and adults. We deliver a holistic service while ensuring a child-centred, person-centred and family-focused approach is utilised. We work closely with a range of different disciplines and professionals and can support families to ensure a ‘team around the child/individual approach is used to achieve the best outcomes possible. We are passionate about supporting your child or young person to live a fulfilled, quality life enjoying those everyday moments. We are all about supporting children, young people and their families in the present moment to move forward with their goals while ensuring to celebrate every success, big or small. LCTS has a high level of experience within the disability sector and has supported children, young people and adults who require a home-based, hands-on level of support.
