Light Foundations

Light Foundations is an award-winning and nominated social enterprise with approved accreditation that offers recognised qualifications as well as other professional skills development programmes to its clients. Light Foundations works in collaboration with and develops long-term trusted partnerships with valued organisations within the community, who hold the shared vision of reducing social isolation and long-term unemployment. Many of the clients we support have experienced different kinds of life trauma and grievances, and we use a holistic approach to assist them with getting back on their feet to realise their full potential. This is achieved through employment and business orientated skills training, workshops and development opportunities, mentorship, basic IT and ESOL support, accredited qualifications, provision of devices and food-vouchers, as well as through supporting international organisations. We have also been awarded by Good Things Foundation for providing help to individuals and households who needed support completing the Census 2021.
