Light & Water is a wellness group on a mission to modernize and cultivate a sustainable, inclusive, and easily accessible wellness ecosystem and we use clothes, athletics, and community projects as our medium. Light & Water Athletics is our non-profit foundation where we host sporting tournaments, and provide workshops ranging from athletics and wellness to economics and financial literacy. Light & Water Athletics is more than sports, more than games, more than just being an athlete, it's really about cultivating future community leaders who are well rounded individuals.
