The Lightheart legacy of entrepreneurship stretches back to the early 1900s when the six Lightheart brothers left their farm in rural Ontario to seek opportunity in the up-and-coming city of Vancouver. They would teach themselves trade-skills and develop dozens of houses and apartments, many of which are still standing after 100 years. Three generations later, we have cultivated a deep respect for the legacy, heritage and culture of every business, and when we invest we look not to disrupt, but to preserve and grow within that legacy.
