As a convener, we bring together policy makers, funders, and program implementers to create solutions to systemic challenges that have kept economic opportunities out of reach for communities of color and youth in the foster care system.
Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) provides a path to establishing a community of belonging and support, as we increase opportunities for our most vulnerable populations. We provide JEDI training, workshops, modules, and a “Next Generation” Young Women’s Leadership Academy to build the necessary capacity, guidance, and governance for inclusive programming and development.
