Lighthouse Petroleum, Inc. (“Lighthouse” or the “Company”) is a developing corporation focused on the exploration and production of oil and gas. The Company primarily concentrates on the acquisition of hydrocarbon leases, interests and properties in the Permian Basin and the Bend Arch-Fort Worth Basin in Texas, and Tuscaloosa Marine Shale in Louisiana. The Company was established in 1990 to capitalize on petroleum extraction in the United States. According to the United States Energy Information Administration, the oil and gas industry is growing rapidly and the global daily petroleum consumption is expected to average Nineteen Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand (19,290,000) barrels in 2013.
