At Lighthouse Psychology Training, we believe that everyone working with children and young people deserves access to practical, evidence-based psychological support. Led by two directors — Dr Alicja Jedrzejewska and Dr Louisa Reynolds, both qualified Educational and Child Psychologists — our team offers high-quality training, supervision, and guidance to help schools make a lasting difference for their pupils.
We understand the realities of school life and the pressures faced by teaching assistants, SENCOs and school leaders. That’s why our approach is grounded in what works in real classrooms — building confidence, skills, and capacity across the whole school community.
Working alongside our trusted team of associate Educational and Child Psychologists, we specialise in helping schools, academies and trusts to embed psychological thinking into everyday practice, so that all children — including those with additional needs — can thrive.
Whether through Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) training, supervision, or whole-school development work, our goal is to equip staff at every level to support wellbeing, learning and positive relationships.
