Light to Life

Light to Life is a youth led non-profit organization with an aim to promote socio economic and living standards of vulnerable communities especially youth, women and children through their capacity building, awareness raising and intervening with need-based programs by adopting youth friendly and innovative ideas. One of the major and initial focuses of Light to Life is on youth, family and community engagement for mental health education, support, advocacy and change. Over the years Light to Life has helped thousands of young people to take charge of their mental health through projects and events on mental health first aid. Further Light to Life has a wide network in all 8 divisions across the country throughout over 100+ academic institutions with it’s campus coordinators for implementation of larger programs.
