Sugar side-streams can used in cellular agriculture through cell factories capable of cell factories capable of producing, for example, alternative proteins, fats, carbohydrates, bioplastics and a wide range of chemicals or even whole cell biomass containing various components. Lignum will demonstrate that new types of biorefineries for functional materials will bring about the circular bioeconomy with partners.
