Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders. Implement action plans and monitor results. • Design, construct and co-manage company Academies aiming to build the desired culture, best practices and skills. • Drive HCD-changes necessary to achieve the company’s objections. Lead client’s teams, engage client’s employees. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to client's executives. • Manage the design of fully customized, engaging, blended learning journeys that positively impact business results and individual thriving. • Develop the expertise and behavioral skills of client’s teams and employees: leadership, consultative selling, change management.
