Like Minds Advisory (LMA) is the world's first embedment company. We focus on localizing new ways of working in large populations of people, so behavioural change is quick, social, and visible. We build learning into how work gets done, using the leverage points that exist day-to-day. We work in two areas: ~Embedding Learning and Leadership Development -- we are global innovators in ways to integrate learing into the day-to-day cadence of work. We run programs, but they are never "recess" from work --they are tied to application and action. ~Transformation Acceleration --Change doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it occurs amidst a robust web of day-to-day expectations, routines, and assumptions. Change Management needs an infusion of new thinking, and we're providing it. Our approach to Accelerating Transformations focuses on localization and embedment, not on information and senior stakeholders. We build ways for organization to impact how people work, at scale.
