We conduct an extensive evaluation of your Training & Curriculum and provide recommendations for improvements on identified opportunities or gaps in the learning process. We participate in gap analysis and identifies the root causes of performance issues in order to determine the knowledge/skills/behaviors required to achieve the desired performance. We partner with clients and internal teams in order to design and develop a wide range of learning solutions to address performance needs and help achieve strategic goals. Likha: (Li-K-HA or Likhā) local term meaning "to create something with intelligence and skill" in the Philippines. In Sanskrit, it means "writer" or "writing." Our logo is the word "Likha" in Baybayin, an ancient pre-colonial Philippine writing system.
