Lil' Makers

Lil Makers is a social enterprise founded to disrupt gender bias and make technology a “girly thing”. We remake classic girls toys with an electronics twist, gamifying electronic system design into a language which resonates with young girls. Our mission is to empower girls to be the makers of tomorrow. Engineering underpins much of modern society yet females account for less than 20%. Introducing hands on STEM experiences from a young age builds confidence and exposes children to a range of new experiences.
