Lilith Professional™ is a professional development and formal mentoring organization for high performing and emerging female leaders in Canada. The Lilith Professional™ Program has been established in partnership with some of Canada’s top performing companies who are leaders in the area of diversity and talent management. We operate through a network of more than 48 corporate and academic partners to design and deliver a professional development and formal mentoring experience to retain and advance Western Canada's top female talent, drawing on the knowledge and experience of some of Canada's most well-respected senior women executives, academics and high profile business leaders.
