Lilium Center is a Minnesota-based mental health and wellness practice offering comprehensive, high-quality care for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We serve children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. Our approach is trauma-informed, neuroinformed, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that healing begins in safe, connected relationships. We integrate evidence-based strategies—including cognitive, behavioral, relational, and somatic modalities—to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, identity development, and long-term resilience. We specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD recovery and post-traumatic growth, life transitions, ADHD, relationship stress, substance use concerns, and behavioral health challenges. Our services also include comprehensive diagnostic assessments to support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaborative care. In addition to core psychotherapy and psychiatric services, Lilium Center offers sports psychology, performance enhancement, and positive psychology services for athletes, creatives, and high-achieving professionals. These services help individuals optimize focus, manage pressure, and align performance with purpose—mentally, emotionally, and physically. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and offer flexible scheduling, including weekday, evening, and select weekend appointments.
