Welcome to Lillooet's first cidery! Awarded "Best New World Cider in BC 2024" by The Growler Magazine for our flagship Apricot Cider! Locally sourced, small batch, craft cidery based at Fort Berens Winery. The passion project of assistant winemaker Seth Jex, Lillooet Cider Co. focusses on old world cider apple varietals to make our top quality traditional ciders with 100% Lillooet grown fruit. Made from local fruit, fermented and aged in oak and stainless barrels and bottled unfiltered, these ciders are a true expression of the quality orchards and agricultural community of Lillooet.
