Lima Contractors, Inc. is a full-service site preparation, excavation, demolition, and site-utility contractor located in Ringwood, Illinois. We are a union contractor signatory with IUOE Local 150, LiUNA Local 152, Teamsters Local 301, IUOE Local 139, LiUNA Local 113. Founded in 2004, Lima Contractors believes success - for our customers and our company - would be best achieved through quality, dedication, and integrity. We have established programs for consistently and safely providing customers with quality workmanship and professional, courteous service throughout the Chicagoland area. Our experienced and knowledgeable site foremen oversee every project. Our field personnel work closely with our office staff to coordinate any revisions on the site and keep track of day to day operations. All of our employees are OSHA 30 Certified. Lima Contractors has a large fleet of equipment and many relationships with quarries and dumps throughout the area allowing us to complete projects cost effectively and on time. Lima uses GPS and the most current modeling software to improve field time efficiency. Quality and Customer Satisfaction are our number one goals.
