Limarko Group was founded in 1993 as one of the first maritime business companies in Lithuania after gaining independence back in 1990. It consists of Limarko UAB, Limarko Shipping Company AB, Limarko Maritime Agency UAB and Baltkonta UAB.
Limarko UAB is the managing company, controlling major stakes in Limarko Group companies. Limarko UAB provides services relating to maritime business.

2014 – Baltkonta UAB became a member of Global Project Logistics Network (GPLN);

2019 – Limarko Maritime Agency UAB became a “FONASBA Quality Standard Approved Company”.
