My name is John McCarthy, my long-time colleague Daniel O Keeffe and I would like to introduce you to our company, DMAC Ceilings & Partitions Ltd T/A Limerick Drylining. We would love to get the chance to talk to you about putting a price in for Ceilings, Partitions & Firestopping on any upcoming projects you may have in the works, big or small. We both have over 30 years of experience in all types of projects from private homes to multi-million euro pharmaceutical facilities. We have worked in a supervisory capacity and on the tools on many of the bigger projects in the country over the years. We are currently finishing up work on the new Edward Life Sciences pharmaceutical facility in Castletroy before this we worked on the Regeneron pharmaceutical facility in Raheen and before that, the Hanging Gardens office complex in Limerick City Centre. Limerick Drylining is now also offering firestopping services and has the experience and manpower to complete any project to the highest standards. We have recently teamed up with an ex Fireseal contracts manager with over 15 years of experience to offer a team of six fire stoppers to complement our 20 strong team of experienced Fixers & plasterers. We can provide two Project Managers if required, one for fixing, the other for firestopping, for the duration of your project to provide a continuous and seamless path through the project. Any team assigned to your project will stay on-site for the duration as we believe this is the best way to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible. This approach gives us the ability to provide solutions to problems immediately thus moving the project along with the minimum of delays.
