Liminal is a human development training and technology company. We have created a technology that can measure authentic, spontaneous, human behaviour. We are using this technology to augment and develop an individual’s understanding of their own emotional intelligence within deliberate, facilitated practice environments. Liminal’s learning program is designed around the experience and understanding of emotions. It is individualised and invoices no prescriptions, belief or generalised tips. The program is designed around the experience and understanding of one’s own emotions. Our technology is designed to measure authentic human behaviour, such as humility and empathy. You can kind of think of our measurement technology like taking a “data-selfie” and using that as a feedback mirror to understand how you behave, react and act at any moment of time.
