Linchpin, LLC is a 21st Century consulting firm, created to help our clients recognize and solve issues they’ve struggled to understand on their own. Specializing in the areas of manufacturing and service related businesses, we work with our clients to discover the root cause of their issues and create plan to correct them, profitably. As detailed on our website, we provide other services, as well, but our core competency is helping businesses understand and correct what’s troubling them. Our first course of action is to ensure a potential client is actually a fit. Not all business problems fit The Linchpin Process, and we will not ask for your business unless we know we can help. This determination takes place before any financial agreement is reached. - We talk with appropriate personnel to understand the business and the problems associated with it. - This process can take multiple visits. - If we can help, we will tell you and recommend a course of action. - If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and recommend another firm who can assist you. - Yes, we really do this! - At this point, no money has changed hands. If it is determined Linchpin can be an asset to your business, our second step will be to write an action plan, which details what actions need to be taken and what role, if any, Linchpin will play. - Our custom action plan details how we will address your business and your concerns. - The plan will breakdown what we recommend and how it should be orchestrated. - It will be a road map to improved performance.
