Lind is specialised in functional ingredients blends and cures with a focus on the red meat, poultry and fish industry. Specialities, f.e. grilling agents, browning agents, marinades, seasonings, are all developed in house and are tailor made to the requirements of our customers ensuring very tasty, unique products for our customers. The mixing plant for functional ingredients blends and cures is FSSC22000 certified. Our speciality mixing plant and test kitchen is BRC certified.
