Lindsey Management Co., Inc. (LMC), based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, began operations in 1985.

Many locations also provide business centers, game rooms, tanning beds, whirlpools, saunas, and resort-style pools. New communities are primarily combined with Lindsey golf courses and offer residents affiliated golf privileges.
