Line Planning is an independent strategic planning consultancy specialising in urban development and infrastructure projects. The company takes a compassionate approach to planning challenges, with the belief that planning should be a democratic, creative and sustainable process. Line Planning advises both public and private sector clients across a range of sectors including housing, transport, energy and hospitality. Services offered include site appraisal, urban planning, design evolution and infrastructure delivery. Line Planning’s staff has considerable expertise in major planning applications, planning appeals, policy advice for major infrastructure projects (including Crossrail and HS2) and masterplans for mixed used developments for developers and councils. The Company is managed by Liz Loughran, Director, who is a dual qualified town planner and former solicitor at City law firms. Liz has advised the Mayor of London and London Councils.
