Lines Within

Lines Within provides an enriched Downloadable Program that has helped many students enhance their mental wellbeing. Our program is designed to educate and equip individuals with the knowledge and tools required to cultivate a holistic state of mental wellbeing. The program is available for individual stand-alone purchase, with the option to add weekly mentoring sessions. The program is also available for High Schools, which can be delivered for a year grade.
