Aimed at helping societies bridge gaps between skill supply and demand, Link4Skills considers three options for policy intervention: re/up-skilling, automation, and migration. Our research consortium is made up of over a dozen institutions and enterprises on four continents. In seeking solutions to skill shortages, we take an inclusive, participatory approach, gathering input from a diverse range of stakeholders. These include EU policymakers, inter-governmental institutions, national and subnational decision-makers, employers organisations, employees organisations, and civil society institutions. Together we are co-creating an AI-powered Skills Navigator that will help stakeholders address skill gaps fairly and sustainably across borders.
