Centre for Research on Social Change and Human Mobility (CRASH) at Kozminski University is a fresh-up interdisciplinary research center concerned with a social change connected with migrants and returnees who hold unique human resources and experience various mobilities: geographical 🌍, mental 🧠, social 🤝, and occupational 💼 🎯 KEY OBJECTIVES OF CRASH: ✔️To contribute to the state of knowledge and academic inquiry about human resources of migrants and returnees, skill flows and skill utilizations ✔️To assess human resources of migrants, mostly connected to human capital, psychological capital and social capital of migrants with a unique assessment & research tool with a feedback to participants ✔️To facilitate, with a thorough research-evidence, fair global skill flows, between countries of origins and destinations ✔️To teach and train students, employment services, job advisors, mentors, lifelong learners and other labour market stakeholders 📈 RESEARCH PROJECTS of CRASH: #MIMY (2020-2023) Horizon Europe 2020.
