At Linked Family Services (LFS), we are a prevention and intervention direct service agency dedicated to advancing birth equity and family well-being. Our mission is driven by three core focus areas: Maternal Health & Wellness, Development-Centered Parenting & Family Support, and Resource Navigation & Care Coordination. Through these pillars, we work to ensure that every mother, child, and family—especially those in urban and low-income communities—has access to the care, tools, and support systems they need to thrive across generations.
