#LinkedInLocal is a professional meetup concept with the purpose to connect with the people behind the LinkedIn profiles. It's an opportunity to meet the humans behind the online profiles and connect with them beyond the job titles, business cards and company names. It is a community driven, non-profit, non-commercial initiative by LinkedIn users across the world, to bring their online connections offline and create community events that add value, start conversations and put people first. This forum of #LinkedInLocalKolkata was founded in November, 2018 with the objective to connect with professionals in the City of Joy, and give shape to various formats of interactions, engagements, story-telling and dialogues. We help bring people from the virtual world to a face to face scenario, by conceptualizing and organizing Professional Events (meet-ups, seminars, conference, talk shows, panel discussions, round tables, etc.) and Professional Interactions (coaching, mentoring, counselling, consulting, etc.) We are a passionate group of professionals from the City of Joy, driving the initiative of #LinkedInLocal on a voluntary / pro-bono basis ~ united around the belief that ~ with authenticity, respect and collaboration, we can unlock the door to a successful, meaningful, value-driven, ethical, joyous and sustainable living. #LinkedInLocalKolkata prides of having hosted a series of niche, curated events & programs in the recent past, and promises to take it to the next level of ‘professional engagement, enrichment, empowerment & networking’ in days to come.
