This is the official LinkedIn page of the Internet weblog, The D&O Diary, which is a “Periodic Journal Containing Items of Interest from the World of Directors & Officers Liability, With Occasional Commentary.” The D&O diary is a leading source for news, information, and analysis about directors’ and officers’ liability and insurance, corporate and securities litigation, and corporate risk management The D&O Diary was founded in 2006 by Kevin LaCroix. The blog’s goal is to provide news, information, analysis, and commentary for D&O insurance professionals, corporate executives, journalists, academics, and students in the field. The D&O Diary hosts original articles and case commentaries, as well as experts’ insights, book reviews, and travelogues. We hope to build a bridge between industry experts and the next generation of legal insurance and business professionals, and to improve (or at least better inform) the dialog within the D&O liability and insurance community.
