Meribo, pronounced "Muh-REE-beau", is a word we coined by combining two Italian words: Meridionale (southern) and Cibo (food). Southern like southern Italy and "The South". Food because...duh. We love pizza. We love good food, good wine, and experiencing the joys of dining with friends and family. Our goal is for you to enjoy modern Italian cuisine with some of our southern influences in a comfortable environment. It's that simple.
