It’s a meetup concept originally created by Anna McAfee with the purpose to meet her online LinkedIn connections face-to-face, offline. It was then developed by Erik Eklund, Alexandra Galviz and Manu Goswami who added themes with the purpose is to unite people from all walks of life, in one facilitated event, to genuinely get to know the humans behind the LinkedIn profiles. What's LinkedInLocal Kuala Lumpur? #LinkedInLocalKL brings this global movement to Kuala Lumpur by providing platforms for professionals in the city to expand their offline network. What to Expect? Every gathering is different. But, the minimum of what you get in all sessions are: i) a good meal ii) networking with people in your city iii) meeting experts who will be invited as panelists.
