LiNX fittings are suited to situations where Cost, Safety and Scheduling are key drivers. Suitable for fluids and gas, high or low pressure. Instead of certified welders, the Linx fitting is reliably installed by fitters who can be trained in a matter of hours. Making a connection takes minimal preparation, and the entire process can take less than a few minutes. Once pressed, the fitting is permanent, and the connection becomes the strongest part of the line.
The process does not require hot-work, and can be performed by a small mobile hydraulic pump. The technology has been third party tested and certified, and successfully passed extremely demanding periods of vibration and pulsation testing regimes.
LiNX Technology gives you fast and faultless installation every time. It is a 100% metal to metal sealing with no elastomer. There is no assembly required and a permanent connection is made, that does not require further inspection or x-ray.
From a Safety point of view, the process requires No ‘hot works’, and produces no heat, fumes or fire hazard. There is improved corrosion resistance since the pipe has not been degraded by heat,
