Located in Galati / Romania, we are manufacturer on different types of metallurgical products, for a short presentation we are specialized providing strips / sheets made from galvanized steel coils ( DX51/DX52/DX53/DX54/S220/S230/S250/S280/S320 from Z100 to Z275 ), cold rolled strips and sheets ( 08KP / DC01/DC02/DC03/DC04 ). As activity we are present in automotive/constructions in Romania/Poland/Hungary/Ukraine/Moldavian Republic, looking always for a suitable solution for the right and competitive offer. The material we use 90 % came from top manufacturers, depending on offers in the moment of acquisition : Liberty ( located at 200m from our mills ), VoestAlpine/NLMK/TatMetal/US Steel. If is a periodic request, or a test inquiry, we are gladly offering our respond. A detailed production capacity of the 3 mills we own are : A) Galvanized sheet (generally DX51 min. 100, usual range on stock Z100-Z140 (depending on the source of the raw material), (in progress of delivery Z 275, S280GD/S350GD): Thickness range: 0.30 mm – 3.00 mm - Coils (usual stock min. 2000 tons) - Sheets - Folded - Strips - Profile container / sheds (C, Z, U, Omega) - Round welded pipes ( Fi 21 – Fi 60.3 ) / rectangular ( 20x20 – 50x50 ) - Seamless rectangular pipes / open profiles (U,L) - Architectural elements (different shapes at the small corner – complex shapes (industrial gutters / doubled corners, etc.)) B) Pre-painted sheet (0.25 – 0.50 mm): - Coils (usual stock min. 500 tons) - Sheets - Folded - Strips - Architectural elements (different shapes at the small corner – complex shapes) C) Black board / LBR (S 235 / DC01 / DD11): LBR thickness range: 0.30 – 3.0 mm LBC thickness range: 1.50 – 3.0 mm - Coils (usual stock min. 1000 tons) - Sheets - Folded - Strips - Round welded pipes ( Fi 21 – Fi 60.3 ) / rectangular ( 20x20 – 50x50 ) - Open profiles (U (max. base of 80 mm, H max. wing 50 mm), L) The factory with 2 production centers.
