Lionce is a unique talent management company with a mission to change the way the world finds work. We believe that the best opportunities are realized through partnerships and alliances, and collaborate with great companies, organizations, and schools in order to see our mission succeed. Eric Harvey, an IT professional turned serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping people, formed the company in 2008. • YourTalentAgents.com, a division of Lionce, was formed in June 2012. The company has since grown to a team of over 20. o We are currently focused in the Pittsburgh market with a focus on IT jobs and professionals. o We plan to scale our business into other national and international markets as well as into more disciplines that have a talent shortage. • Other divisions that we plan to build include: o YourTalentAgents.org - a non-profit to help students and dislocated workers find jobs. o YourGlobalPassport.org - a non-profit that creates international alliances between companies, schools, and students to collaborate on real-world problems and projects. • We have partnered with JobSmart System, a division of JobSmart Enterprises, to build the software that will help achieve our goals. The world is changing, and so must the way we prepare our talent for the work world and connect them to the right opportunities.
