Eric Harvey, an IT professional turned serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping people, formed the company in 2008.
• YourTalentAgents.com, a division of Lionce, was formed in June 2012. The company has since grown to a team of over 20.
o We are currently focused in the Pittsburgh market with a focus on IT jobs and professionals.
o We plan to scale our business into other national and international markets as well as into more disciplines that have a talent shortage.
• Other divisions that we plan to build include:
o YourTalentAgents.org - a non-profit to help students and dislocated workers find jobs.
o YourGlobalPassport.org - a non-profit that creates international alliances between companies, schools, and students to collaborate on real-world problems and projects.
• We have partnered with JobSmart System, a division of JobSmart Enterprises, to build the software that will help achieve our goals.
